Ing. Romana Hertlová
Office Manager
Romana’s position is Office Manager. She graduated from STU in Bratislava, majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture, and studied at the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in Business Management. She has been working intensively in business development and HR for more than six years. Within BL4U she provides events, conferences and everything related to it. Romana is a key member of the team, keeps a cool head in challenging situations and is a master of organization. In HR, Romana’s main focus is on the adaptation of new colleagues.
Ing. Vita Podzihun
HR Manager
Vita is the HR Manager responsible for recruitment for the BL4U team. Vita graduated from the University of Business in Prague, majoring in Tourism Management. She has been working professionally in the field of HR, under the guidance of experienced managers, for over three years. At BL4U she organizes workshops, trainings and interviews with potential colleagues, she is also involved in business activities and projects. Thanks to her efforts and enthusiasm, she has quickly developed into a top “recruiter” and is an equal partner for even the most experienced matadors from top management.

CSO – Sales Director – International Trade
We are looking for candidates for the position of International Sales Director.
What should you know as a Sales Director?
- Strategic business management (setting business goals and budgets)
- Acquiring new business opportunities – willingness to stay in foreign destinations is a great advantage
- Preparation, continuous update, management of implementation and evaluation of the business strategy of the organization in accordance with its strategic objectives
- Representing the organization in meetings with regular business partners, potential customers and other entities
- Developing relationships in the organisation’s key customer segment
- Monitoring and analysing market and development trends
- Analyzing the results of the sales team and preparing reports on the progress and results of the organization’s business activities
- Cooperation with other universal units of the organization
- Knowledge of English language at C1 level a prerequisite
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, Russian and possibly German an advantage
- 3-5 years of experience abroad (ideally experience in network expansion, active trade and export)

Crisis manager (top manager (CEO, CFO, CSO, COO,…)
We complement the team with crisis managers who have extensive experience in managing large or medium-sized companies and have worked in top positions such as CFO, CEO, COO, CSO, CHRO, etc.
What should you know as a crisis manager?
- Risk analysis and assessment
- Strategic planning and organising the necessary team
- Implementation and control of activities in accordance with the proposed solution
- Ability to detect obstacles and implement solutions early
- Financial and basic economic knowledge (except CFO)
- Knowledge and experience in complex company management
- Overseeing the implementation of strategic objectives and monitoring the performance of the organisation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Be a leader (natural authority), pragmatic, open to change, adapt quickly and think conceptually
- Ability to see things through to the end
- Knowledge of English or German at C1 level
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management – ideally experience with company change projects such as reorganization or restructuring

HSE manager/director
We are looking for candidates for the position of HSE Manager/Director
What should you control?
- Management of occupational safety (HSE), fire protection and environmental activities
- Responsibility for implementing, updating and managing the requirements of technical standards
- Analysis of deficiencies and proposal of corrective measures
- Responsibility for documentation, regulations and requirements including prevention, workplace accidents, incidents
- Training and coordination of production staff
- Participation in meetings with control and inspection authorities
- Collaboration in the launch of a new production, production technology or production process
- OZO certificate in OHS preferably, PO technician
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards

Production Director
We are looking for candidates for the position of Production Director.
What should you be able to do as a Production Director?
- Evaluating and ensuring the efficiency of production equipment and processes
- Processing of analyses and information on production status
- Ensuring compliance with prescribed quality and performance standards in the production process
- Renewal and development of production facilities, submission of investment requirements and assessment of their return
- Experience with implementation of continuous process improvement tools in production (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMED, 5S, etc.) and quality management systems (ISO, HACCAP, TIER) and possibly HSE
- Collaboration in the launch of a new production, production technology or production process
- Coordination of production staff and optimization of their number
- Knowledge of English or German at C1 level
- Demonstrable and successful experience in senior management for at least 10 years – ideally experience with company change projects such as company restructuring.

What should you control?
- Comprehensive management and supervision of the company’s economic and financial management
- Strategic and financial planning, development of budgets and directives
- Proposals and recommendations for optimization of assets, liabilities and tax burden, cash flow management
- Leadership, motivation and performance evaluation of employees
- Evaluating financial indicators of corporate controlling, setting preventive measures
- Creation of financial analyses, forecasting and analysis for management decision making
- Cooperation with other company units, auditor, banks, financial administration and external consultants
- Knowledge of English or German at C1 level
- Demonstrable and successful experience in senior management for at least 10 years – ideally experience with company change projects such as company restructuring.

We are looking for candidates for the position of Logistics Director.
What should you control?
- Managing and setting logistics, purchasing, supply and distribution strategy
- Defining plans, standards and guidelines to ensure smooth operation
- Planning and coordination of all activities related to flow management in the logistics chain
- Responsibility for results, logistics costing, inventory optimization
- Leadership, motivation and development of the company’s logistics team
- Cooperation with other company departments (purchasing, branch network, IT, HR)
- Logistics and SCM related process development across the company
- Proven and successful experience in a similar position in logistics for at least 5 years – ideally experience with company change projects such as company restructuring.
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to deal with crisis situations in logistics
