About CEE LEADERS LIMITED
BA4U s.r.o. is part of the CEE LEADERS LIMITED group, a London-based company operating several subsidiaries based in Prague. These companies form the base for the CEE business group within the CEE region.
BL4U s.r.o.
We deal with activities in the field of crisis management of business corporations. We manage restructuring projects to rescue companies from bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings. We also focus on rescuing companies in bankruptcy through the use of insolvency processes.
BM4U s.r.o.
We provide long-term management hiring and implement projects focused on business expansion, supply chain optimization, manufacturing plant construction or technology transfer. Our services are used by medium and large companies from Central and Eastern Europe, for whom we work all over the world – in Europe, America, Asia and Africa.
BA4U s.r.o.
We specialize in the sale and intergenerational transfer of family businesses. We help with handing over companies to successors, preparing them for key positions and introducing professional management. We focus on family constitution and board formation, corporate restructuring and transforming companies into holding structures. We use trust and endowment funds as well as qualified investor funds. We prepare management incentive programs and business plans, which we actively supervise the implementation of.
